This class is ideal for beginners new to Iyengar Yoga, those with limited physical ability  or existing students who want to work on poses covered on Iyengar Yoga Level 1 syllabus. 
There will be focus on poses to correctly align and strengthen the body which will enhance flexibility, awareness and a sense of well being.

The Old Stables

Parking is available and the hall will be open from 6:20pm.

**Spaces are limited, please book early. Bookings will close @4pm every Wednesday

**If you have to cancel your class, please give at least 24 hours notice. Refunds will not be given, instead a one time credit for following Wednesday class will be applied.

 
Requirements
Yoga equipment – Mat, 4 blocks, 2 bricks, 2 belts, 2 blankets and a bolster. Please contact me if any yoga equipment is required.

If you are new to my classes and have any health conditions or injuries or you would like to have a class tailored for your specific needs. Then please contact me.
