Yoga Kurunta

“Yoga Kurunta Wall Ropes” This method has originated from the teachings of Guruji B.K.S Iyengar. It is often used to assist practitioners in achieving proper alignment, strength and flexibility in their poses. The ropes/belts provide support, allowing individuals to explore and deepen their yoga practice with stability.
